Earlier in his career, Mr. Oliver served as planning analyst, Administrator of the Automated Clearing House, Chairman of the Federal Reserve's Electronic Payments Implementation Task Force, Manager and Officer in Charge of Software Development, Vice President in charge of Automation Services, the Federal Reserve System’s Product Manager for Electronic Payments Services, officer in charge of business development and check software, and Staff Director for the Federal Reserve System’s Policy Committee for Financial Services, where he was responsible for coordinating integrated financial management, project management, and strategic planning for all the Federal Reserve’s payments services nationwide. He also serves on the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta's Management Committee.

Mr. Oliver holds a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Nevada, an M.S. in Information and Computer Science from Georgia Tech, and an M.B.A. in Management from Georgia State University.

Estep formerly served as executive vice president of U.S. Bank’s Transaction Services division and was accountable for the general management of the division, which included Elan ATM & Debit Services, ATM Banking Product and Operational Support, ATM & Kiosk Services, and EFT Network support. She led the Elan ATM & Debit business unit that provides ATM and debit card processing and related services to over 2,000 clients including other financial institutions, independent sales organizations, and commercial, government and retail businesses.

She joined U.S. Bank in 1997 with responsibility for their Merchant Payment Services division, previously holding a variety of management positions in technology-intensive companies. Prior to U.S. Bank, Estep was general manager of the Twin Cities Laboratory and vice president of sales and marketing for Pace Analytical Services; she also spent 15 years at IBM in a variety of field and corporate positions.

Reagan joined Fiserv in 2000 as a senior consultant, providing insight into the payments industry. With more than 30 years of experience in payments, Reagan has worked with many of the leading banks in the United States and Canada to transform their legacy, paper-based payment products and processes into state-of-the-art, image-based payment solutions. This work has included implementing payment alternatives that drive operational and product changes within banks, as well as working directly with bank customers.

Before joining Fiserv, Reagan served as a marketing manager and consultant for Burroughs/Unisys’ check processing business. Prior to that, he worked for StorageTrek where he provided marketing support for check processing and developed a check imaging strategy.

Reagan is a frequent speaker at industry forums, including the Association for Financial Professionals, the Treasury Management Association, NACHA, TAWPI and BAI. He is also a published author of topical articles in payments industry trade publications. Reagan graduated from Dartmouth College in 1976 with a bachelor’s degree in English.

Mr. Miller represents SunTrust in business media, including CNBC News, Bloomberg News, Reuters, USA Today, the Wall Street Journal, the Financial Times, TheStreet.com and various local news media platforms. Prior to joining SunTrust, Mr. Miller was on the faculty of the College of Business Administration at the University of South Florida in Tampa. Before joining USF, Mr. Miller served two Florida Governors in the Florida State Economist's Office in Tallahassee.

In addition to his regular SunTrust duties, Mr. Miller is active in the National Association for Business Economics and the Financial Roundtable. Mr. Miller is also a member and past-chair of the Economic Advisory Committee of the American Bankers Association—a national group of economists who meet with the Federal Reserve Board of Governors to discuss the economy and monetary policy.

Angel formerly served as Metavante’s Commercial Treasury strategy and market manager, responsible for the creation and ongoing management of support functions related to the sales, growth and distribution of Metavante’s commercial services suite and the initial marketing strategy and launch of the Commercial Treasury Solutions business unit. She had previously managed the eBanking Top 100 relationship management team responsible for driving client satisfaction, revenue growth, customer retention and cross-selling opportunities.

Angel has over 25 years of treasury management experience. She joined Metavante in 1999 through its acquisition of the electronic banking services division of Automatic Data Processing (ADP). While at ADP, she held both technical and managerial positions and was responsible for regional and divisional sales, application development, customer satisfaction and client relationships.

Angel holds a master’s and bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Purdue University.

Later he formed the Transition Planning and Execution Team that planned and implemented nationwide operations projects and bank mergers that included Bank South and Boatmen’s Bank. He joined The National Bank of South Carolina (NBSC) in late 1996 as head of the operations and technology division. Under his guidance, the latest technological systems and innovative products and services were implemented. In 2004, he was given the additional responsibility for implementing a system-wide Corporate Cash Management program for the 40 affiliate banks of Synovus Financial Corporation. As Director of Corporate Cash Management Services, he is responsible for leading the marketing and sales initiatives with innovative products and systems. He now has the additional responsibility of being the Enterprise Deposit Officer while continuing to serve as an executive officer for NBSC. He has added a number of new unique products and services to build core deposits and non-interest income for Synovus.
