Workshop: Get Hands-On with the ACH Risk Assessment.

The Risk Management and Assessment rule within the NACHA Operating Rules establishes additional risk management practices that are common in the industry and help improve risk management in the ACH Network. This rule requires all FIs to conduct assessments of the risks of their ACH activity in accordance with requirements of their regulators. It also obligates ODFIs to incorporate certain topics into their agreements with originators and third-party senders, and to adopt certain risk management practices.
